- Smartthings motion sensor not working. Walked into the living room and the lights didn’t cut on. I also got two new devices tonight and they won’t pair with my ST. They stay stuck in a motion or no motion state. I checked the app and the motion was stuck to “ON” and the battery said it was at 87%. They stop sending data, get stuck in certain position (motion/no motion, open/closed etc) I’ve been on for weeks with support but I’m starting to get annoyed. Occasionally they seem to stop working. Even when I’m walking back and forth a few frets in front of the sensor or waving the sensor in the air back and forth, it still said no motion. It’s a pain because the automation gets messed up!
