The doctor has agreed to do his cystoscopy under full anesthesia right before surgery… this is because the first time my husband had a cystoscopy he was fully awake, and it was very painful for him. Jan 31, 2026 · Have used constriction rings with a prescrbed vacuum pump; not recommended for more than 30 minutes. Good luck. In addition, I regularly use a SoClean 3 daily for the mask and tubing. They have evidence that the machines are emitting gasses and particles that may cause cancer. Kept penis hard enough for penetration but it was cold and unnatural, in my opinion, to the touch. I worked quite well for about two and a half years when it suddenly stopped working. I have found that I seldom have any cold-like symptoms , primarily, nasal congestion, any longer. Every week I use warm, soapy water to clean the tubing, mask and humidifier tank if I used it.
